Cindy Hernandez is an Associate Attorney in the criminal defense department at Windsor Troy. Being part of a low-income Latino family gave her personal experiences that made her realize the Latino Community lacked adequate representation in the justice system. This sparked her dream of becoming a criminal attorney, so she could be able to zealously advocate for her clients and seek justice on their behalf. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from California State University, Northridge. She then went on to law school where she obtained her Juris Doctorate from Western State College of Law. During undergraduate school, she had the opportunity to intern in the Justice Corps program, where she provided legal assistance to self-represented litigants. While in law school, she participated in the Immigration Clinic, held internships, and worked for small immigration and personal injury firm.
