Attorney Miguel A. Tovar is currently an Associate at The Matian firm. He’s currently the lead managing attorney at their Ontario branch that officially opened on January 1st, 2019. His practice focuses on Criminal Defense. Mr. Tovar has handled every case in between petty theft to murders. He is well versed in Pre-Trial motions and in particularly 1538.5 motions that have generated great results for his clients.

Prior to joining the Matian Firm, Mr. Tovar was employed at Earl Carter & Associates where he headed their Rancho Cucamonga Department for over five years. This included handling a high volume of cases with various degrees of difficulties
