Katherine has dedicated her career to immigrant services and plans to continue supporting that passion at La Liga. She completed her bachelors degree in Multi-Ethnic Studies at Boise State University with a Gender Studies minor and her Juris Doctorate at Concordia University School of Law. She studied international development and human rights law in Belgium and worked on a project supporting grassroots organizations in Egypt. Additionally, she has experience in the anti-human trafficking field and designing and teaching organizational education curriculum. As an immigration attorney, Katherine has assisted many disabled refugees attain citizenship, families connect with loved ones, and is excited to expand her skills here at La Liga.

Katherine works hard to integrate yoga into her daily life. She enjoys reading, hiking, and exploring within her community and out. Her love for learning from others’ unique experiences is boundless. She spends her life with her wonderful spouse, two sweet dogs, and a spunky cat.
