Attorney Lizary was born and raised in the Dominican Republic. She is authorized to practice law in the Dominican Republic and the State of California and is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).

In 2017, she obtained her law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University Mother and Teacher (PUCMM) in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, and two years later, she earned a Master’s degree in Civil Procedure from the same university.

After practicing law in the Dominican Republic, Attorney Mendoza emigrated to the United States in 2019 and pursued a Master’s degree in American Law at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri.

Since residing in the Dominican Republic, Attorney Mendoza has dedicated herself to U.S. immigration law. After moving to the United States, she worked at various immigration law firms in the state of New Jersey, where she had the opportunity to help hundreds of people achieve the American dream with passion and dedication.

Attorney Mendoza has over 7 years of experience in the field of immigration. Currently, her practice focuses on Deportation Defense, Bonds, and Detainee Defense.
