Sandra Feliciano

Sandra Feliciano is a lawyer licensed to practice in Puerto Rico. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology and Microbiology from the University of Central Florida. She worked as a manager, becoming an expert in Science and Quality Control for the food and beverage industry. Sandra has lived in both the United States and Puerto Rico, and she knows how hard it can be to face cultural barriers in a place that isn’t your home. She worked with immigrants in the food industry for over 5 years.

After gaining this work experience, she decided to study law at the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico, where she graduated with honors, Magna Cum Laude. She passed the Puerto Rico Bar Exam with a score of 97%, ranking 15th out of 487 applicants at the time. During law school, she had the honor of being part of the Editorial Board of the Puerto Rican Law Review and even contributed her own article. She was also very active in several student organizations, especially the Women’s Rights Organization, where she held a leadership position.

As part of her legal training, Sandra served as a Law Clerk at the General Court of Justice of Puerto Rico. She has been part of the Board of Directors of the Puerto Rico Notary College, the Legal Journal Commission, and the Family Law Commission of the Puerto Rico Bar Association. In 2023, she represented Puerto Rico at the World Latin Notary University in Rome, Italy. Her passion is working to defend the rights of vulnerable communities by providing them with the information they need to improve their future.
