Henry is a first-generation Vietnamese-American who emigrated from Vietnam at the age of 3 and settled in Houston, TX. Growing up in a hugely immigrant community, he saw first-hand the struggles many faced with the immigration process. As a result, he was determined he wanted to become an attorney. To help those who do not have the resources to know or understand their rights and to navigate the complexities of the immigration system.

Henry first gained experience with immigration as a paralegal at a boutique law firm, while attending undergrad at the University of Houston, where he received his B.S. in Criminal Justice. Later, he received his Juris Doctorate at Southern University Law Center, graduating cum laude. He is committed to his passion of representing and uplifting those whose voices cannot be heard.
