Ji-Yoon Lee is a 1.5 generation Korean American who immigrated to the U.S. with her family at the age of 7. Growing up, Ji-Yoon witnessed the members of her community, especially families, torn apart or suffering from immigration issues. Her desire to help the community fostered an interest in pursuing a career in law.

Ji-Yoon attended University of California, Santa Barbara where she majored in English and Philosophy, and received her J.D. from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles, CA. She gained experience in immigration law and family law as a paralegal and law clerk before joining The Matian Firm. Ji-Yoon is passionate about providing legal expertise while being compassionate and empathetic, and is committed to helping clients navigate the U.S. immigration system.
