Roberto Dominguez Quiroga is the firm’s lead attorney and is licensed to practice law in California. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Berkeley—where he served as Executive Editor of the Ecology Law Quarterly—and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics with a minor in Spanish and International Business. His strong academic background underpins every argument he constructs on behalf of his clients.

His international experience includes a Fulbright Scholarship from the U.S. Department of State, assigned to Santander, Spain.
